Your KKai purchase includes a 14-day fit period beginning on the date of purchase. If you decide within those 14 days that KKai is not the right ongoing strategic resource for your business, you may request to cancel the remainder of your initial commitment.

• Monthly memberships: your first $197 payment is non-refundable, and the remaining payments in the 3-month initial commitment will be canceled.

• Annual memberships: your annual payment will be refunded less the first month’s $197 access fee.

After the 14-day fit period, monthly memberships remain subject to the full 3-month initial commitment, and annual memberships remain non-refundable for the balance of the annual term. 

Access to KKai ends when your cancellation is processed.
